For as long as I can remember, but I really started to take my art seriously when I was 10 years old.

General Terms of Service
Commissioner must be 18 years or older. Parent permission is not accepted.
All payments are in USD only.
Commissions may take up to 30 days/1 month to be completed.
Commissions are to be used for Personal, Non-Commercial Use only, unless discussed otherwise.
I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
Any use of AI or NFTs is not allowed in any way, shape or form and is non-negotiable.
If it is discovered at any point that you are using these with my work you will be blacklisted from all future projects with me.
I retain ownership of the artwork and right to display commissions however desired. Please specify if you would like this to be a private commission before completion.
Cancellations must be made before work has begun on the commission for a full refund.
I retain the right to limit the number of changes depending on the complexity of the piece; the first two (2) changes are free. Additions to the piece following completion will cost additional fees.
You will receive a digital product; no physical copies will be sent nor promised.
There are no refunds on completed commissions.

Process
Check prices and complete the commission form either from my site or through Ko-Fi. I will not accept any work outside of these.
I will send you a message confirming the order.
If using Paypal, I will send you a Paypal invoice. Otherwise, you will submit your request and pay through Ko-fi.
Details about the commission will be added to my Trello board where you can see exactly which step the work is currently in.
Sketch is created based on the references and information provided and will be sent as a JPEG with watermarks for approval and tweaks. Work will not continue after this phase until the remaining payment is sent (if applicable). If you are unhappy with how something looks, be upfront and honest as revisions are limited after confirmation of the final sketch.
If only a portion of payment has been sent, work will not continue after the sketch phase until the remaining payment amount is sent.
Works in Progress (WIPs) will be provided in the beginning and middle of the process unless otherwise specified.
Commission is completed. A watermarked JPG will be sent for final review. If you are satisfied, the digital file will be sent so long as the commission has been paid in full (if applicable).
There are no refunds on completed commissions.
Tips are not required but please know that PayPal fees make it to where I don’t receive the full amount of what you’re sending me. Tips are much appreciated as they help level out the fee cost, especially on more expensive pieces where a large chunk is taken out from my earnings.
Timeline & Cancellations
The time it takes to complete a commission varies, depending on the complexity of the piece. Please keep in mind that art is not my full time job. As such, there may be delays in finishing your commission. However, I will always do my best to avoid them.
Full body commissions or rendered bust pieces may take up to 1 month to be fully completed, depending on complexity and number of slots in my queue. Especially busy periods (i.e. holidays, sales, etc.) may increase the wait time by a few weeks. Progress updates can be requested at any time during the commission process - please don't feel bad asking for updates, I'm happy to let you know how the process is going at any time, but please don't spam!
Any deadlines must be stated upfront before the sketch phase of the commission, and cannot be shortened during the process without an additional fee.
Commission cancellations before work has begun cost no fee, but cancellations beyond the first check-in stage (sketch) is non-refundable.
Refunds
As stated previously, cancellations must be made before work has begun on the commission. After work has begun past the (sketch) check-in phase, refunds will not be provided.
If once the commission if fully completed and you feel unsatisfied with the end product, you are not eligible for a refund as the piece has already been completed, and with a previously approved sketch.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate in clear/effective English, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission. Excluding the instance of any inappropriate behavior, I would consider resuming the commission at a later time.
If I cancel the commission, 100% of the original commission payment in US dollars will be refunded.
Ownership
I retain the rights to the commissioned work and can publicly feature the work however desired. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift, I will delay public showcase at your request. This, however, must be established at the beginning or end of the working period.
I may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by you for other commissions or personal works.
The completed work is to be used for Personal Use and you are free to use
the artwork in things like YouTube, Twitch, or other social media related
purposes.
You retain all rights to any depicted character you own.
You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial format, but the you cannot alter the artwork itself.
You may print the artwork for personal display.
You may upload the artwork to personal websites and/or galleries accompanied by a credit line to me, and it must not be any unwatermarked version of the artwork.
You do NOT have the right to remove the watermark, or claim the artwork as your own.
You do NOT have the right to resell or redistribute the artwork in any way, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
Art agreed to be sold as part of a larger project must be discussed with me before proceeding. Purchasing the Commercial Rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.
