I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to post commissioned works to my portfolio and social media.

Commissions are to be used for Personal, Non-Commercial Use only.

Commissions are NOT to be altered, used to feed AI databases, or to be made into NFTs.

You will recieve a digital product; no physical copies will be sent nor promised.

Payment can only be taken through PayPal, Ko-fi, or Stripe (and by extension Artistree).

All payments are in USD.

Base prices are subject to change (based on complexity).

Commissions are non-refundable after the sketching phase.

Completed commissions will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

Please keep in mind that art is not my full time job; I have a life outside of it.

Commissions may take up to 30 days/1 month to be completed.

You are commissioning me to draw in my own art style, do not ask me to replicate another.

My style is a mix of anime and comic book -- semi-realism.

I focus on characters the most; backgrounds are not my strong suit.

Check prices and complete the commission form either from my site or through Ko-Fi. I will not accept any work without a completed form.

If payment is through Paypal, I will send you a Paypal invoice.

I retain the right to limit the number of changes depending on the complexity of the piece -- the first two changes are free.

I will send updates on the sketches, lineart, flat colors, and rendering. If you are unhappy with how something looks, be upfront and honest as no revisions are allowed after confirmation of the final sketch.

If only a portion of payment has been sent, work will not continue after the sketch phase until the remaining payment amount is sent.

Small changes are allowed after a commission is completed (such as small coloring mistakes).

Completed commissions are not eligible for refunds.

Commissions are for personal use only, buyer may not resell for merchandise or profit.

Buyer does not have the right to mint/sell commission as NFT or submission to AI databases; violation will result in blacklist from my commissions.

I retain the rights to the commissioned work and can publicly feature the work however I wish.
